Zhang Dongxiao-----Investment Director
Mr. Zhang Dongxiao joined Zhongchuan Shengtang investment holding co., LTD. in 2017, as an investment manager focusing on the education industry equity investment and project development. With 5 years working experience in the education industry, he has worked in the office of education and teaching materials of China Forestry Publishing House. He has been engaged in investment and research work for the education industry for many years. He has participated in projects spanning higher education, vocational education, educational digital publishing, and more, leading many investment and financing events such as ACEE international education, and Rainbow Sugar education. Mr. Zhang Dongxiao has a Master's degree in energy engineering from China Agricultural University.
Yang Jun-----Investment Manager
Ms. Yang has been working with Zhongchuan Shengtang Investment Holdings. Co. Ltd since 2016 as an investment manager. She has been scouting and recommending potential investment targets in media, entertainment and consumption upgrade sectors. She also conducts analysis for withholding portfolios based on economic and market assessment. Before she joined us, she had experience in international M&A and had invested in internet banking sectors. Ms. Yang now continues to serve shareholders and entrepreneurs with her dedicated due diligence on projects, valuation and exit strategies. Ms. Yang holds a master’s degree in financial econometrics from Texas A&M University.
Cheng Zhe-----Investment Manager
Mr. Cheng Zhe (also known as Ning Xiaoliang) works for Zhongchuan Shengtang Investment holdings Co. LTD. as an investment manager. He is familiar with business models of companies in both the entertainment and healthcare sectors. Mr. Cheng has an abundant knowledge of investment and conducting related research, and he is adept at sourcing, identifying, and analyzing new investment opportunities. Before Mr. Cheng joined Zhongchuan Shengtang, he had experience in management, project management and risk management. Mr. Cheng has a master’s degree from the University of International Business and Economics in China.
